fe999 conducts identity verification in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and age-verification requirements. Minimum deposit amounts are set by fe999 and confirmed in the cashier for each payment method. Amounts are denominated in PKR or equivalent currency as displayed. Deposits below the minimum threshold may not be credited to your account.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to fe999's internal review procedures, including AML checks. fe999 does not guarantee specific processing windows. fe999 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or pending KYC review. Where a withdrawal is refused, fe999 will notify the user and provide a reason where legally permissible.
All bonuses offered by fe999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. These general Terms govern all promotions in the absence of offer-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per offer) before winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Illustrative example: a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed before withdrawal.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game type is specified in the applicable bonus terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward the rollover target.
While a bonus is active, you may not exceed the maximum bet per spin or wager specified in the offer terms — typically PKR 500 or PKR 1,000 unless stated otherwise. Exceeding the maximum bet cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

fe999 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, poses an AML or fraud risk, or is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of forfeitable bonus funds) will be returned to the user via the primary payment method on file, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting fe999 support. Pending withdrawal requests and outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved before a final balance can be returned. Closure requests do not exempt a user from any liability incurred prior to the closure date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fe999 holds its operating licence, as applicable.
